Grain Pre-Cleaning System

The grain pre-cleaning system matched with the steel silo is a device used for preliminary cleaning before the grain enters the steel silo to ensure the quality and safety of the stored grain. Cleaning equipment：

1. Cylinder Cleaning Sifter
   Our grain pre-cleaning machines are produced with the capacities between 20-180ton/hour. Using our pre-cleaning machine, all types of grains (wheat, barley, corn, canola, soybean, etc.) are separated from all of the undesired materials such as dust, trash, hay, etc. without any other extra cleaning.
2. Vibrating Cleaning Sifter
   Vibrating cleaning sieve is used for small capacity grain pre-cleaning in steel grain storage silo project.
   
3. Cleaner Separator
   Cleaner-Separator apply to raw grain cleaning, mainly for wheat, paddy soybean etc. Widely used in storage silo project, flour factory, malt factory etc.
   Can classify material to be light and heavy.
   Can remove stone from material.
   Suction function can remove dust, husk etc. light impurities.

Dust removal equipment:

1. Cyclone Dust Collector
   Cyclone is a kind of dust removal device. Dust removal mechanism is to make the dust flow for the rotary motion, by effect of centrifugal force will be separated from the air flow and trapped in the wall, and then dust particles fall into the hopper bu gravity.

   

2. Pulse Dust Collector
   Pulse bag dust collector is one of the commonly used dust removal equipment in grain processing plants. Its working principle is to remove dust attached to the filter media (such as bags or filter cartridges) through pulse injection of compressed air. This kind of dust collector has the characteristics of compact structure and easy maintenance, and can significantly improve the production environment and increase production efficiency. 3. Dust Collect Pipe System
   A complete dust removal system includes a dust cover, a ventilation duct, a dust collector, and a fan. Pipe design is reasonable, a direct impact on the effectiveness of the entire dust removal system.
