The lower tension ring is installed in the first circle of steel plate inside also use galvanised bolts to connect with the Silo body and purlin together, each piece of steel plate will have at least 2 vertical purlins through the bolt lock, if the silo body diameter is relatively large, also consider using 3 vertical purlins to connect, purlins are divided into two kinds of short and long, the short purlin length and the height of the silo plate is the same as the length of purlin length is twice the height of the steel plate, the long purlin The long purlin is twice the height of the steel plate, and the long purlin can connect the upper and lower steel plates. After the lower tension ring is installed, we have to find the position of the upper tension ring, because the top of the silo has a tilt angle, so the position of the upper tension ring is higher, and scaffolding is needed to assist, and then install the purlins on the top of the silo, every purlin on the top of the silo is the same length, and there is no need to consider the concentricity between the upper and lower tension rings, after all the purlins on the top of the silo are installed, the position of the upper tension ring will be fixed naturally. The purlin is equivalent to the human skeleton, which plays the main role of force, and the roof plate is installed on the outside of the purlin, which plays the role of sealing. The roof plate is also a piece of galvanised steel plate spliced together, there are vents on the roof plate, if there are more than one vent or fan, pay attention to the installation of an even layout. Silo roof plate installation is completed after the need to install the top of the ladder and guardrail, guardrail by galvanised seamless steel pipe and angle iron composition, through the bolt connection, some people will think that the bolt connection is not reliable, that would be a big mistake, most of the steel structure of the plant is also the use of the bolt connection, the bolt connection is very reliable, there is a strict implementation of the norms, if you don’t use the bolt connection and the use of the whole structure, the transport and installation of the great test, if you use the welding of the whole structure, the bolt connection is very reliable, there are strict implementation specifications. After installing the roof, it’s time to install the silo. Now we have only one layer of silo structure, we have to be spliced to the bottom one layer at a time, the installation of the silo body needs to use aids, the use of a tool called the guide chain, along the perimeter of the silo body uniformly arranged, the use of the number of according to the diameter of the silo and the weight of the decision, the island chain is fixed on the ground, and through the bolts and the connection of the silo body, manually pulling the chain of the guide chain can be the silo body to raise the level of each layer installed, we will be installed through the Every layer we install, we raise the silo body by one layer through the guide chain, and each layer also needs to be sealed by sealant between them. At the same time of installing the silo board, we also need to install the vertical purlin, purlin mainly plays the role of force, the silo board to withstand the expansion pressure of the material, the closer to the bottom of the silo, the greater the pressure, the greater the thickness of the silo board used, but each piece of the silo board is the same in length and height, this is for the purpose of standardisation of production. Similarly, the closer to the bottom of the silo, the greater the thickness of the purlin, according to the pressure inside the silo to calculate what thickness of purlin and silo plate is needed. In addition, silos can be divided into steel cone bottom silos and flat bottom silos. At the same time as the roof, or after the construction of the silo, we can install the temperature sensor, level meter and other equipment into it. The general use of material level meter radar material level meter and spinning material level meter, of course, there are other material level meter, such as conductive type, heavy hammer type and so on. Radar level meter is installed in the top of the silo, it sends electromagnetic wave signals to the surface of the measured material, when these signals meet the surface of the material will be reflected back, the radar level meter through the calculation of the time difference between the transmitted and received signals to determine the position of the material level. Through the height information, combined with the shape of the silo, to determine the different heights correspond to different volumes, calculate the amount of material still in the silo. Rotating material level meter is installed in the side wall of the silo, up and down each one, the rotating material level meter is a non-stop rotating blade, when the upper material level meter blade contact with the material, receive resistance and no longer rotate, it will send a level signal to the PLC, so that the PLC will know that the silo has been full; when the lower material level meter blade does not contact with the material, it will continue to rotate, send a low level signal to the PLC, and the PLC will know the silo is not enough material. The PLC will know that the silo is not full.
