The picture is the pneumatic conveying system of the industry powder storage silo.The powder or particle from the un-packaging machine goes to the first feeding pressure tank,when there is enough material in the tank,close the inlet and outlet valves of the tank and open the air resource valve.The air from compressor or roots fan flow into the tank and then the pressure raise to a certain value.Turn down the air resource valve and open the discharging valve.The medium and the air went together to the top of the steel silo by the force of the pressure.It is the steel silo feeding process.Under the steel silo there is also a discharging pressure port to discharge the medium from steel silo through pneumatic conveyor to the batching tank or other workshop.
